The meeting took place in October 9 – 11, 2019 at the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurosciences of Paris, located in the center of Paris, hosting around 200 participants, and providing opportunities for extensive interactions in a friendly and comfortable environment

One of our supervisors, Boaz Tirosh from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (HUJI), participated in this meeting as invited speaker to the Conference on “Endoplasmic Reticulum 2019 Paris – “From basic cell biology to translational approaches: a path to the clinic”

This conference was focused on different aspects of Endoplasmic Reticulum (ER) functions in both physiology and pathology. The goal was to cover this broad area of investigation by presenting a large spectrum of molecular, genetic, cell biological approaches applied to a range of organisms as well as the advances that were recently allowed by the power of translational medicine
