The Fundación Biomédica del Hospital de La Princesa (FIBHUP) is a nonprofit research institution founded to support the research activities of the Hospital Universitario de La Princesa. In fact, this institute is an association of three public healthcare centres located in Madrid (Hospital Universitario de La Princesa, Hospital Infantil Universitario Niño Jesús, Hospital Santa Cristina) and the UAM.

The FIBHUP is provided with several research platforms, such as a Biobank, a Clinical Trials Unit, and an Innovation Support Unit, which give scientific and technological support to all professionals involve in scientific activities. This foundation promotes the research and innovation in the biomedical field giving new opportunities to young scientific. The main goal is always to improve the quality of life of patients.

The FIBHUP will supervise 1 ESRs and collaborate in co-supervision and hosting of Secondments in ITN-TREATMENT.
